Delivery times and shipping

The delivery time of our products is approximately 3 to 19 business days. Shipping/Delivery times are not guaranteed and might be extended due to customs delays. These transit times are an estimation in working days, starting after the parcels leave the international sorting centre in The Netherlands.

Order & Order status

All our products are delivered as a complete package. This means including instructions and the object.

You will receive a confirmation mail after you have ordered a product at Mr Maria. If you haven't received one, contact us. Or send an e-mail to [email protected] with your question.
When the order has been accepted, we will send you a package tracking code once your package is shipped, so you can see exactly where your order is.

Defects and Warranty

On all our products you get a 24 month warranty. Please be advised that warranty only applies when the product is handled in a normal and proper fashion as stated in the user manual. We will ask for photo's of the defect to determine the case.
All items are custom made by Mr Maria, where quality is guaranteed. If you find any defects please contact us or send an e-mail to [email protected]. We will make sure that the problem is solved with you as quickly as possible.

Return and exchange policy

At our site, returns are easy! Simply ensure that the item is returned in its original product packaging within 30 days of delivery. We will credit you for the total purchase price upon our receipt of your return. Products returned under this policy are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate or as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.
